So, that cute couple from the last post, Amanda and Matt, maybe had the coolest bride and groom photos ever because we stumbled on some super good luck on their wedding day- here are the Cliff's Notes from their wedding:
Driving to the ceremony, I notice this really cool shopping center with a really cool Ferris wheel, so I asked Amanda if she'd want to run there after the ceremony for pics and she said sure. After the ceremony, she, Matt and I take my car to the shopping plaza place, where we could not find a parking space because the whole town was there; but the guys running the Ferris wheel were really nice and quite surprised to see a girl in full bridal attire, so they let us on for free and gave me a walkie talkie so that I could communicate with them and tell them when to stop the wheel. After a few failed rounds, the sky opened up like something out of a movie and, despite the large warnings of "do not stand" and my fear of heights, I stood up on the seat of my gondola and started taking photos of Amanda and Matt:
Which, you know, scared me half to death but was worth it:

Gotta love people willing to walk on the wild side... in tuxes and gowns :)

Hello.
My name is Noelle and I have a problem: I get extremely angry when my computer is not nice to me.
ANGRY.
Angry because its only purpose in life is to do what I tell it to do. It is my slave... or so I like to think. But then the days come when my lovely hosting site decides to not listen when I tell it that I want to log onto my blog and make updates. It says "No, don't think I will. I'm taking a mental health day". My anger then turns to FURY, and as we all know, hell hath no fury like a Brazilian scorned.
That being said, today my server is being nice to me [thank you, Server] and I am able to post some photos. Let's get to it.
This is a photo from Jackie and Chris's wedding. I came across this photo as I was editing the gadgillions of pictures from the wedding, and I paused for a moment to analyze the way these peeps are standing:

Can I tell you how much I love fun-family/friend-filled bridal parties? I do. I love them. I didn't give these guys any instruction short of "stand there, look cool". Bam. This is what I got. Now, just for fun, check out the guy who is the second to last person from left to right. He doesn't look too enthused, but perhaps he was just watching in fear as I about fell into the pool in attempting to compose this photo. A truly caring man :)

I was editing photos of Lisa & Geoff's wedding and ran across a photo of their

and I started thinking about how cool it would be if someone planned their wedding around this mermaid theme, for example, for a bride's dress:

and for the bridesmaids:

I love the crumb catcher collars... anyway, back to work :)

Okay, I'm editing photos of Sara and Chris's wedding, and I find myself cracking up as I look over a lot of these; this is easily the most down to earth and funny couple I've ever photographed. I remember walking into the room where Sara was getting ready and feeling like we had known each other forever- she was so calm on the day when a lot of people are super nervous and full of jitters.
Anyhow, the wedding was at a golf course and Chris is a golfaholic. Sara had obviously put a lot of thought into the details at the wedding and I absolutely loved the cake:

If you look closely, you'll notice the lyrics to 'You Are My Sunshine' written on the layers of the cake!

SO SWEET- figuratively and literally! Next, have a look at the most beautiful boutonniere ever! I don't think I've ever seen such a bright orchid!

After the wedding ceremony, we ran off to take some photos of the couple. We went off (the three of us on a golf cart) to some remote part of the golf course, and I told Sara and Chris to act passionate and dramatic... this is what I got!

Hilarious! I'm telling you- I'm a wedding photographer- I've done this many times, but these guys kept cracking me up!
I don't know what the name of this painting is:

but I imagine if you could scroll the photo down to their feet, it would look very similar to Sara and Chris's feet, which I HAD to take a photo of:

And one of our lovely couple, doing what they do best- making each other laugh!

Thank you guys for being so fun to work with- this was definitely the most I've ever laughed at a wedding!
